Job Description

Service Desk analyst - Provide technical support. Help resolve customers technical problems via email, phone & web platform If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace, TCB provides an environment where you will be challenged and inspired every single day. Responsibilities

* Responds to general inquiries, tickets and raised IT hardware and Network issues

* Performs basic troubleshooting

* Understanding of Last mile RF network , basic configuration of Radwin, cambium & Maksat.

* Basic of IP network, what is OSPF/BGP how to check Routing protocols and sub-netting.

* Fiber transmission , including E1/Ethernet/optical drop port nature, KLM and alarm in fiber.

* Excellent knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WLAN design and implementation.

* Excellent knowledge of network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.

* Expert knowledge of core routing and switching design principles, best practices, and related technologies.

* Excellent knowledge of of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, including routers, switches (layer 2/3), firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and remote-access VPNs, network server load balancer, DNS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, QoS, DSL, and Metro Ethernet.

* Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.

* installation and maintenance of Windows OS

* Installation/updating of desktop software

* Remote desktop connections

* Antivirus support

* Create a backup and recovery policy

* Desktop performance monitoring and optimization

* Manages day-to-day Incident and Service requests

* Provides ticket status as needed

* Responsible to manage the Service Desk email box and assign emails to appropriate department

* Handles other administrative tasks as requested by line manager

* Take ownership to manage deliverables across multiple assignments

* CCNA and CCNP certification will be added advantage.

Location: Pan India( Work from home for 1 year ) and later on Gurgaon office location. However should be ready to move as in required.

B.tech / MCA

Salary :

18000/- for first 3 months and post probatory 3.0 lac to 4.0 lac per annum CTC
